We do not collect, store, sell, or process information for tracking, profiling, marketing, behavioral analysis, or attribution.
If no data is collected, no personal data exists.
2) Cookies & Tracking
→ MS Web of Systems™ sites does not use cookies.

Transient browser mechanisms may be used solely to maintain short-lived session state and do not identify users.
3) Analytics & Telemetry
In-house analytics do not collect user data.
Metrics are limited to aggregate system health counters and cannot be linked to individuals or sessions.
No third-party analytics services are used.
4) Identity, Sessions & Accounts
Public system surfaces do not require registration.
- No email address is required
- No third-party identity providers are used
- No cross-surface identity is shared
Accounts inactive for 24 months are deleted permanently.
Because no contact identifiers are collected, no inactivity warnings or deletion notices are sent.
5) Signal Desk — Session Data Handling
→ MS Signal Desk™ operates as a closed, session-based system.
Users may manually download session content.
Session data is deleted automatically:
- 36 hours after inactivity
- after resolution plus inactivity threshold
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
6) Retention & Deletion Policy
Retention is minimal by design.
Data generated for execution or support is retained only as long as necessary and is never repurposed.
No deletion notifications are sent, as no contact information exists.
7) Data Access, Portability & Erasure
Where no personal data is collected, access and erasure rights are satisfied by design.
Session content may be downloaded before deletion.
8) Poke — Event Signals & Notifications
→ MS Poke™ is an event signal, not a subscription or messaging service.
→ MS Poke™ does not require email, phone number, or persistent identity.
→ MS Poke™ signals are generated only when a system state changes. Delivery is not guaranteed.
→ MS Web of Systems™ Specific Behavior
- → MS Signal Desk™: a Poke is registered when a ticket is submitted and triggered when a reply becomes available.
- Ask Mona Lisa™: a Poke is registered when a question is submitted and triggered if a reply is available after a defined12-hour evaluation window.
- System Updates: users may request to be shown updates, and when systems go live or policies change.
→ MS Poke™ does not create an obligation to notify and does not imply ongoing monitoring.
9) Payments, Access Keys & Terms
Some systems require payment to obtain access.
Payments grant limited, revocable access to a system or execution capability.
Access keys:
- are scoped to the purchased access
- do not transfer ownership
- may expire or be revoked
- are non-transferable
